I am conducting an Estate/Moving Sale for the Thorpe Family this Saturday and Sunday in Northeast Rochester, MN in the Parkwood Hills Neighborhood.  Eileen and Erik married in 1976 and moved to Rochester 10 years later to raise their 3 children.  Eileen passed away last fall, and Erik is moving to be closer to family.  We need your help finding new homes for many treasures the Thorpes collected through the years, including a pool table.  We hope you'll be able to visit us at our first sale of 2026 and find something fun for yourself or a friend.

** Sunday is half-price day!! **  (Most items will be reduced to half price.)

Please plan on removing shoes as you enter the home.  Wear shoes easy to doff and don.  Many thanks!

We will hand out numbers about an hour before we open each day.  This system helps maintain (some) order when we initially open.  We will be limiting the number of people inside the house to prevent overcrowding.  We appreciate your patience.  We only honor the numbers we give out.  If you arrive at the sale before we do, please wait for us to hand out numbers.
