Estate Sale in NW Rochester.
I conduct estate sales in the Southeastern Minnesota area. Sales are generally held on Saturday and Sunday, although larger sales are expanded to 3 or 4 days. All items are priced, and customers can purchase as they visit the sale. We accept cash, local checks, and most major credit cards (as long as internet access permits). In some instances, we can also accept purchases over the phone and will work with the customer to arrange pickup/shipping. The final day of the sale, most items are reduced to half price. To facilitate ordered entry during the initial rush when we open, we had out numbers in the morning. We do not provide prices before the sale, but you can check with us by text or phone once we open.

I provide estate sale and appraisal services in Southeastern Minnesota with the goal of assisting individuals through the difficult process of liquidating assets during life transitions. I have been involved in the sales of antiques for over 15 years, including previously owning and operating the Antique Mall on Third Street in downtown Rochester as well as Miller’s Antiques & Used Merchandise in Kasson. I am now using the extensive experiences gained in these businesses to assist individuals in the process of down-sizing as well as families who may be assisting in this process or who are coping with the estate of a deceased relative.

If we mutually agree to work together on the sale, most of your work will be complete and mine will just be beginning. I then take a few weeks to arrange the inventory, cleaning and organizing to maximize the presentation for potential buyers. During this time, I initiate an advertising campaign that includes postings in newspapers and emails to my client base, as well as the use of this website. By these means, we can attract a wide array of buyers including antiques dealers as well as others.
