Bernatz Estate Sale in SW Rochester, MN

I am conducting an Estate Sale for the Bernatz Family this Saturday and Sunday in Southwest Rochester, MN in the Baihly Heights Neighborhood. Corene McCall and Philip Bernatz were married in 1983.  Philip was a thoracic surgeon at Mayo Clinic, and Corene served as a nurse at St. Mary's Hospital.  Their life together was full and active, traveling the world, visiting and entertaining friends and family, and enjoying civic and social engagements.  Moreover, Corene was an accomplished artist in oil and acrylic.  Many of Corene's art is included in this sale as well as pieces the Bernatz's collected. Philip passed away in 2010, and Corene passed away earlier this year.  The family needs your help finding new homes for many items the Bernatzs collected through the years - a full household including many books and beautiful pieces of art. We hope you will be able to visit us at the sale and find something fun for yourself or a friend.

** Sunday is half-price day!! **  (Most items will be reduced to half price.)

Please plan on removing shoes as you enter the home.  Wear shoes easy to doff and don.  Many thanks!

We will hand out numbers about an hour before we open each day.  This system helps maintain (some) order when we initially open.  We will be limiting the number of people inside the house to prevent overcrowding.  We appreciate your patience.  We only honor the numbers we give out.  If you arrive at the sale before we do, please wait for us to hand out numbers.
